Decades back there was Job market…where it was really tough for freshers to get an entry. Experience was appreciated and accepted. That time running question was how can a fresher get job if everyone look for experience only!

Last couple of decades new chapter has come up. Experienced people are finding tough to get work in market. Of course with better experience desire for Designation, Salary, preferred Geographical location also comes, which may also reduce employer likeability ! External reasons which troubles experienced people jobs are – Availability of alternate with some what less experience and less salary (this is common case). Another one is, for critical decision making Artificial Intelligence has replaced human.

Career path for experienced people can be drawn as : a) Reaching higher position in company by beating colleagues at similar or higher levels b) Move on to competition, other segments with similar skill set requirements c) Become an Entrepreneur

Present scenario, if not getting suitable job than …start own venture or they become Consultants for smaller organization.

Some how due to lack of patience required in running a business or years of habit of receiving monthly salaries…few could not sustain !
